(Alliance News) - Itway Spa, continuing its growth and expansion plans, announced Wednesday that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Rafiflow in OT Cyber Resiliency.

Radiflow, founded in 2009 and based in Tel Aviv, offers solutions successfully used by major industrial and utility companies that protect more than 6,000 critical facilities worldwide.

As a result of this partnership, Itway expects additional revenues of EUR5 million in the next three years in reference to a variety of sectors such as manufacturing, chemicals, power and renewable energy, oil and gas, water/sewer, transportation and logistics.

Itway thus strengthens its presence in the OT Cyber Resiliency segment of control systems through direct monitoring and control of equipment, assets, processes and industrial events in order to prevent intentional interference or avoid malfunction of industrial automation and control systems.

"Radiflow's team is known for its expertise in cybersecurity and its reputation in the OT world, and this partnership agreement represents an important step in Itway's strategic development plan in OT Cyber Resiliency by allowing us to enrich our Itway Security 360 offering with exclusive, high value-added services," said Itway President G. Andrea Farina.

"The skills of our Security teams, together with the solutions provided by Radiflow, represent a distinctive element in the area of resilience that will enable our customers to preserve industrial business assets, putting them in a position to continue to operate and perform in any situation."

Itway's stock is up 0.9 percent at EUR1.57 per share.
