Ivalis SA, formerly L'Inventoriste SA, is a France-based company that specializes in carrying out inventories. The Company offers various types of services: turnkey inventories, which provide companies with all the means for executing an inventory, such as information technology hardware and software, and qualified personnel, and partner inventories, whereby L'Inventoriste SA’s personnel and resources work in cooperation with the client's resources. The Company operates eight subsidiaries: Ivalis France and Ivalis Technology, based in France; Ivalis Inventarios, based in Spain; Ivalis Belgium form Belgium; Ivalis Italia based in Italy, Ivalis ; Ivalis Nederland and Ivalis Deutschland. L'Inventoriste SA has 15 French offices, as well as agencies in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Germany, the Netherlands and in Belgium. In June 2013, it announced the acquisition of the German group Sigma, a provider of inventory outsourcing in Germany and Switzerland.
