IVG IMMOBILIEN AG - Ralf Jung is new CEO of IVG Immobilien AG
- Rolf Glessing to take charge of Finance department
The newly formed Supervisory Board of IVG Immobilien AG, headed by Chairman Dietmar Binkowska, has re-staffed the positions on the company's Board of Management.
Effective 21 September 2014, Ralf Jung will take over business as the company's CEO. The 53 years old business administration graduate most recently worked as a partner at a business consultancy, prior to which he was CEO of Allianz Alternative Assets Holding, where the Real Estate, Private Equity, Infrastructure Investments, Renewable Energies and Fund Investments divisions of the Allianz Group were bundled. Until 2006 Jung was a member of the Management Board of Dresdner Bank, where he was responsible for corporate client business.
Also starting from 21 September 2014, Rolf Glessing (52) has been appointed CFO of IVG Immobilien AG. Glessing trained as an auditor and held positions as CFO and CEO at various companies, including as Managing Director in the restructuring of the Merckle Group and as CFO of Gagfah S.A. He most recently worked as an independent management consultant.
The previous members of the Board of Management - Hans-Joachim Ziems, Restructuring, and Elmar Geissinger, Finance - left the Board of Management of IVG Immobilien AG at 20 September 2014 as planned.
