Vito Alfonso Gamberale - Chairman and executive director of Italy 1 Investment SA. Promoter and CEO di Fondi Italiani per le Infrastrutture SGR S.p.A, the management company of F2i, Italian infrastructures fund. Formerly CEO of Autostrade S.p.A. Elisabetta Dall'Olio - Registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Bergamo and in the Register of Statutory Auditors. After a first period, until 2010, in corporate finance consultancy (ITM CONSULTANT), she worked in Reconta Ernst & Young, with audit experience in companies in the manufacturing, rubber and plastic, Food & Beverage, Retail, distribution and healthcare. In 2014 joined the Studio Associato CDR & Partners Tax & Legal, where she is junior partner since January 2019. She deals with assistance to companies in the preparation of budgets and business plans, accounting and tax aspects and assistance in the structuring of extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganizations and due diligences.
