VR MODE, Inc. announced that it will issue 687 common shares for a gross proceed of ¥103.05 million in a round of funding on July 28, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, CROSSDEVICE Inc. and J-Stream Inc. J-Stream Inc. 's stake will be 8.47% and CROSSDEVICE Inc.'s stake will be 0.25%. The transaction has been approved in general meeting of shareholders.

The expected payment date is August 31, 2022.
