J Trust Co., Ltd. (TSE:8508) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire Prospect Energy Management Co., Ltd. from Prospect Co., Ltd. (TSE:3528) for approximately ¥120 million on October 21, 2020. As a part of the transaction, J Trust will acquire 1,000 shares of Prospect Energy Management. As of March 31, 2020, Prospect Energy Management reported total assets of ¥102.18 million, sales of ¥55.29 million, operating income of ¥50.57 million, ordinary income of ¥50.57 million, net worth of ¥86.63 million and net income of ¥33.23 million. The transfer price payment is scheduled on December 1, 2020.
