(Nasdaq: JACO), a distributor and integrator of electronic components and flat panel display solutions (FPD), today announced the signing of a new three-year manufacturing agreement with Knoxville-TN based IdleAire Technologies Corporation, the leading provider of ATE-Advanced Travel Center Electrification® services. This agreement represents a multi-million dollar contract. The future value will be determined by IdleAire's ATE network expansion.

IdleAire's proprietary ATE® Service Modules are designed to provide the trucking industry with a variety of critical environmental, entertainment and power services ? specifically for truck drivers parked at truck stops, via a simple, inexpensive window mount hookup.
