Jaguar Resources Inc., formerly Lateral Capital Corp., is involved in the exploration and development of and production of petroleum and natural gas properties in southern Alberta. The Company has interest in certain oil production, oil reserves, lands, leases and miscellaneous interests in Southern Alberta. The Company, through Vector Exploration Corp., has interest in the oil and gas lease permit position in Saskatchewan consisting of approximately 376,800 acres over 590 sections of Crown land located in the northern portion of the Williston Basin. The permitted property consists of over two land blocks, Exploration Permit 71 consisting of approximately 253,920 acres (the Little Swan Property) and Petroleum Exploration Permit 72 consisting of over 122,800 acres (the Bannock Creek Property).
