The Company’s segments include Construction, Property Investment, Power Energy, Investment Holding and Others. The Construction segment comprise provision of sub-contracting activities, general contractor, supplier of building materials and construction. The Property Investment segment engaged in the management of shopping mall. The Pacific Towers Business Hub and Evolve Concept Mall are the Company's two property investments. The Investment Holding & Others segment provides investment holding services. In addition, the Company develops residential and commercial properties, provides property asset management services, and operates a build-operate-transfer thermal power plant in Vietnam. The Company’s subsidiaries include JAKS Sdn. Bhd., Pipe Technology System Sdn. Bhd., Empire Deluxe Sdn. Bhd., Harbour Town Sdn. Bhd, and Premier Place Property Sdn. Bhd.
