On August 17, 2023, PowerX, Inc. closed the transaction. The company has raised ¥2,700 million in its second and final tranche. The company has received ¥4,620 million in the transaction.

The transaction also included participation from returning investors Frontive Holding Limited,Mori Trust Co., Ltd.,Japan Airlines & Translink Innovation Fund, L.P.,a fund managed by TransLink Capital,new investors YASKAWA Electric Corporation,Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. and NEC & Translink Orchestrating Future Fund, L.P. The company has raised ¥15,260 million in funding till date.
