Lender: Sumitomo life Insurance Company with the amount of ¥1,000 million at 0.583% fixed rate, type of borrowing and repayment method: Unsecured, no-guaranteed, principal repayment in full on maturity and repayment date is July 21, 2023. Lender: Mizuho Bank, Ltd, with the amount of ¥1,000 million at 0.16545% Base interest rate+0.1%, type of borrowing and repayment method: Unsecured, no-guaranteed, principal repayment in full on maturity and repayment date is July 3, 2020. JPR will undertake borrowing to replay part of the long-term borrowing of ¥2,000 million which will become due for repayment on July 22, 2019.
