Japan Property Management Center Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3276) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares, representing 1.69% of its share capital, for ?330 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to to improve capital efficiency by comprehensively considering growth investment, dividend level, cash on hand, stock price level, etc. and implementing it flexibly. The share repurchase program will run until December 24, 2021. As of September 30, 2021, the company had 17,737,781 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 1,287,819 shares in treasury.
Japan Property Management Center Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development of property management business nationwide, centered on lump-sum lease business. The Company rents real estate properties (rental housing such as rental condominiums and rental apartments) from real estate owners and subleases them to general residents. The Company is engaged in the rental management on behalf of landlords.
