Japan Radio Co., Ltd. (JRC) has announced a strategic partnership with a world leading marine electronics supplier of innovative products and digital solutions, Transas.

The partnership's purpose is to offer customers global solutions and support capabilities in the maritime market. Synergy effects of collaborations in capabilities of hardware by JRC, software and R&D by Transas, and integration of JRC's subsidiary, Alphatron Marine Beheer B.V.(AMB) , would lead to producing next-generation e-Navigation products and solutions, and contribute to a realization of an automated ship management in the near future.

For providing customers with the highest solutions, JRC and Transas are establishing the strong partnership in R&D, developments of hardware and software, mutual production distributions, and cooperative projects.
