Jasmine International Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Yordchai Asawathongchai has tendered his resignation from the positions of Director, Member of the Committee of Risk Management for Sustainable Development, Member of the Executive Committee, Secretary to the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary of the Company. The resignation shall be effective on 29 December 2022.
