JELD-WEN Holding Inc. lowered its revenue forecast for the year after foreign-exchange translations hurt second-quarter results.
The Charlotte, N.C., maker of doors and windows on Monday cut its 2022 outlook for revenue growth to 4% to 6% from 7% to 10% previously "due to foreign exchange translation headwinds."
The company maintained its core revenue growth forecast at about 10%.
Net revenue for the second quarter was $1.33 billion, up 6.8% from a year earlier and including a 4% adverse foreign-exchange impact.
Foreign exchange had a 12% negative impact on net revenue in Europe and 7% in Australasia, the company said.
