JHM Consolidation Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company has eight subsidiaries, namely Morrissey Technology Sdn. Bhd. (MTSB), Morrissey Assembly Solution Sdn. Bhd. (MASSB), JH Morrissey Sdn. Bhd. (JMSB), Morrissey Aerosystems Sdn. Bhd. (MASB), Morrissey Integrated Dynamics Sdn. Bhd. (MIDSB), Mace Instrumentation Sdn. Bhd. (MISB), Mace Hermetic Components Sdn. Bhd. and JHM Dekai Auto Lighting Sdn. Bhd. MTSB is engaged in designing and manufacturing precision miniature engineering metal parts and components. MASSB is engaged in manufacturing and assembling electronic components. JMSB is engaged in an international procurement office and research and development center. MASB is engaged in manufacturing of machined metal parts, secondary processes, sub-assemblies and assemblies of LED lighting for the aerospace industry. MIDSB is involved in manufacturing of precision mechanical parts, die casting, molding of precision plastic lenses and modular assembly.
