Jia Wei Lifestyle, Inc. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,474.280 million compared to TWD 1,502.517 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 254.857 million compared to TWD 290.890 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 233.755 million compared to TWD 279.351 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.23 compared to TWD 3.86 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.23 compared to TWD 3.85 a year ago.
Jia Wei Lifestyle, Inc., formerly Gamma Optical Co., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the international trading business of household goods. The Company currently operates in two businesses. The household goods business is mainly engaged in the international trade of catering supplies. The materials are acrylic and melamine. The products include multiple shapes and designs. The optical products business provides diffusion films for thin film transistors (TFT-LCD), reflectors, cymbals, composite films, light guide films, precision mold processing of optical films, and related raw materials for optical films. The Company's products are sold to Taiwan, the rest regions of Asia, and the Americas.
