Changshu Automotive Trim Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603035) intends to acquire 30% stake in Changyuan Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. Tianjin Changchun Huaruiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. from Tianjin Changchun Huaruiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 24 million on March 26, 2020. After transfer, Changshu Automotive Trim will own a total stake in Changyuan Technology (Tianjin) of 92% and Tianjin Changchun Huaruiyuan Technology will no longer hold any equity. The transaction was approved on March 26, 2020 by the 16th meeting of the 3rd Directorate. There is no need for approval from the shareholders’ meeting of Changshu Automotive Trim.
Jiangsu Changshu Automotive Trim Group Co Ltd, formerly Changshu Automotive Trim Co Ltd, is a China-based company and mainly engaged in development and research, manufacture and sales of interior trim for passenger cars. The main products of the Company are door panels, skylights, sunroofs, coat racks, door posts, luggage compartment interiors, storage boxes, spare tire covers, carpets, acoustic cushions, and among others. The main customers of the Company are domestic car manufacturer and auto parts primary suppliers. The Company operates its businesses primary in domestic market.
