Zixing Packaging Industry PLC announced that it expects to receive $2 million in funding from Jiangsu Newamstar Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd, Shanghai Zijiang Enterprise Group Co., Ltd.

Zixing Packaging Industry PLC a private placement of $2,000,000 on July 5, 2019. The transaction will include participation from returning investors Jiangsu Newamstar Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300509) for $102,000, Shanghai Zijiang Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600210) for $98,000. The transaction received approval from 6th Meeting of the 3rd directorate of Jiangsu Newamstar Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300509).

Post completion the investors will retain the stakes in the company.
