CHANGE OF CLOSURE PERIOD OF

REGISTER OF MEMBERS

Reference is made to the annual results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2020 made by the JiaXing Gas Group Co., Ltd.* (the "Company") dated 29 March 2021 (the "Results Announcement") in relation to, among others, the proposed payment of the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2020 (the "2020 Final Dividend") and the closure period of register of H shareholders of the Company. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Results Announcement.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") hereby announces that the original closure period of the register of H shareholders of the Company for the purpose of determining the entitlements of H shareholders of the Company to the 2020 Final Dividend shall be revised as follows:

Final Dividend

During the revised closure period of the register of H shareholders of the Company, no transfer of H shares will be registered. In order for the H shareholders of the Company to qualify for the 2020 Final Dividend, all transfer documents, accompanied by the relevant certificates, must be lodged with the Company's H share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong, for registration, by no later than the aforementioned latest time.

The 2020 Final Dividend is subject to the approval by the shareholders of the Company at the annual general meeting to be held on Friday, 4 June 2021.

Save as the changes stated above, all other information and contents as set out in the Results Announcement remain unchanged.
