Zhang Yongxia Announces Nominees and Additional Directors to the Board of Jilin Liyuan Precision Manufacturing

On March 30, 2020, Zhang Yongxia intends to nominate Mr. Jilin Wu as candidate for the Independent Director of the company and add Mr. Jian Liu, Mr Xiguang Chen and Weimin Liu as Non-Independent Directors, due to the resignation of Mr. Chao Tan as Independent Director, and Ms. Jie Kang as Non-Independent Director.
