Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Company Limited Announces Resignation of Mr. Sun Huiyong as the Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Strategy Committee

The board of directors of Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Company Limited announced that Mr. SUN Huiyong has tendered his resignation from the position as the Chairman of the Board and a non-executive Director with effect from 21 March 2024 due to work adjustments. Upon Mr. Sun's resignation as a non-executive Director, Mr. Sun will cease to be a member of the audit committee and the chairman of the strategy committee of the Board with effect from 21 March 2024.
