Jindal Saw Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was INR 54,661.3 million compared to INR 40,435.4 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 54,888.8 million compared to INR 40,668.8 million a year ago. Net income was INR 3,757.3 million compared to INR 594.2 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 11.82 compared to INR 1.87 a year ago. The Company manufactures submerged arc welded (SAW) pipes and spiral pipes for the energy transportation sector; carbon, alloy and seamless pipes and tubes for industrial applications; DI pipes and fittings for water and wastewater transportation. It serves a range of customers' including oil and gas exploration, transportation, power generation, supply of water for drinking, drainage, irrigation purposes, and others.
