Suzhou Jinhong Gas Co., Ltd. (SHSE:688106) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 299.3 million worth of its A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 41 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. The shares will be repurchased out of own funds. The plan will be valid for 12 months.

The Company provides customers with specialty gases, bulk gases and natural gas.
