Guangdong Energy Group Guizhou Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Tongling Jingneng Photovoltaic Electric Power Co., Ltd. from Jinko Power Technology Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:601778) for approximately CNY 110 million on February 28, 2023. Transaction has been approved by Jinko Power's board and is subject to approval from shareholders. For the period ended December 31, 2022, Tongling Jingneng had CNY 387.42 million of total assets, CNY 41.64 million of net assets, CNY 31.69 million of revenue and CNY 14.87 million of Net profit. As of March 17, 2023, Jinko Power Technology Co.,Ltd. shareholders approved the transaction.
