Shanghai Yongju Technology Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Urad Qianqi West Shadegai Molybdenum Industry Co., Ltd. from Jinzhou Jixiang Molybdenum Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603399) for CNY 580 million on September 12, 2022. This has been approved in the 11th Meeting of the Company?s 5th Directorate held on September 12, 2022, and is subject to the Shareholders? Approval. As of June 30, 2022, Total Assets were of CNY 373 million and Total Common Equity was of CNY 299 million. As on September 29, 2022, Jinzhou Jixiang Molybdenum's shareholders have approved the transaction.
