OMRON Corporation (TSE:6645) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire 33% stake in JMDC Inc. (TSE:4483) from Noritsu Koki Co., Ltd. (TSE:7744) for ¥110 billion on February 22, 2022. As per terms, OMRON Corporation will acquire 18.6 million shares at ¥6000 per share. Noritsu Koki Co., Ltd. currently holds 48.67% stake in JMDC.
The transaction is expected to complete on February 25, 2022.
