JMMB GL wishes to advise that Mrs. Nerisha Farquharson will be appointed to the board of directors of JMMB Group Limited, effective April 2, 2024.

Mrs. Farquharson is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with extensive experience and knowledge in private markets, financial risk, trading, portfolio and treasury management, investment and corporate strategy formulation and value chain optimization.

Currently, she is CEO, Private Capital of theProven Group, where she is responsible for managing the portfolio of Private Equity and Private Credit investments of the company.

She holds a BBA in Finance (Hons.) along with an MBA in International Business (with distinction), from the University of the West Indies, Mona. She has been a CFA Charter Holder since 2012.
