Jubilant Ingrevia Limited has signed an agreement to acquire a 26.6% stake in Amp Energy Green Fifteen Private Limited from AMP Energy C&I Private Limited for INR 51.1 million.

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited (BSE:543271) has signed an agreement to acquire a 26.6% stake in Amp Energy Green Fifteen Private Limited from AMP Energy C&I Private Limited for INR 51.1 million on October 8, 2021. Jubilant Ingrevia will acquire the stake with a combination of equity shares and a subscription of compulsory convertible debentures (CCDs) of around 51.1 million. The value of equity shares will be 10 each and CCDs will be 1,000 each.

The acquisition is expected to be completed within six months.
