Junhe Pumps Holding Co., Ltd (SHSE:603617) agreed to acquire remaining 30% stake in Ningbo Kelier Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. from Song Tiejun for CNY 9.3 million on August 30, 2023. As per the transaction, Junhe Pumps Holding Co., Ltd will acquire 3.92 million shares, and the transfer price is CNY 2.38 per share. As of June 30, 2023, Ningbo Kelier Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. generated total assets of CNY 19.2 million and net assets of CNY 15.9 million.
