Whomor Inc. announced that it has issued non-convertible debt and common shares for gross proceeds of ¥790,000,000 on July 6, 2023. The transaction includes participation from new investors, SIG Asia Investments, LLLP, Kadokawa Corporation, Mappa Co., Ltd., NVCC Investment Limited Partnership No. 9, a fund managed by Nippon Venture Capital Co., Ltd. As part of the round, Amber Liu of SIG Asia Investments, LLLP has joined as an outside director of the company's board of directors.
