On Wednesday, July 20, applications for exchange-traded bonds of KAMAZ PTC of the BO-P10 series were collected. A wide range of investors, including management and investment companies, state and private banks, as well as individuals showed an interest in the issue.

Initially, it was planned to issue bonds for 5 billion rubles, and the first coupon rate guidance was at the level of 11.15% per annum. The aggregate demand amounted to more than 17 billion rubles, which exceeded the planned output by 3.4 times. The high demand for exchange bonds made it possible to reduce the coupon rate range several times, fix it at the level of 10.8% per annum and increase the issue size to 7 billion rubles.

Such a demand for bonds of KAMAZ PTC in a turbulent security market indicates a high level of investors' confidence in the company's sustainable long-term development.

PJSC Sovcombank was chosen as the originator of the issue. Aleksandr Kovalev, Executive Director of the Capital Markets Department of PJSC Sovcombank, congratulated KAMAZ PTC on the bond placement.

The registration number of the issue is 4B02-10-55010-D-001P dated July 18, 2022, the technical placement is to be carried out at Level 3 of Moscow Exchange's list on July 22, 2022.
