KANGLIM Co., Ltd completed the acquisition of an additional 8.1% stake in Mirae Corporation from Infinity NT Co., Ltd

KANGLIM Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A014200) entered into an agreement to acquire additional 8.1% stake in Mirae Corporation (KOSE:A025560) from Infinity NT Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A016670) for KRW 6.1 billion on June 15, 2021. As a part of the transaction, 359,712 shares will be acquired for KRW 17,010 per share. Down payment of KRW 800 million will be done, after signing the contracts within three dats an additional 7.44 billion payment will be made and the remaining payment will be done by July 15, 2021. The total sale price of the stocks to be acquired was paid to the counterparty on July 15, 2021. Transaction is expected to complete on July 15, 2021. As of July 15, 2021, the transaction is expected to close on January 12, 2022.

The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
