Windia Infrastructure Finance Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Batot Hydro Power Ltd from Karma Energy Limited for approximately INR 350 million.

Windia Infrastructure Finance Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Batot Hydro Power Ltd from Karma Energy Limited (BSE:533451) for approximately INR 350 million on December 8, 2021. The total consideration to be paid from transaction is INR 10 per share. Batot Hydro reported a revenue of INR 22.2 million for the period end on March 31, 2021.

The transaction is subject to the approval of members of Karma energy and is expected to close on or before March 31, 2022. The transaction as been approved by the board of directors of Karma Energy.
