Kazanorgsintez introduced E-Archive

Kazanorgsintez PJSC put E-Archive into test operation. The system is to become a part of the corporate information management system. Up until that moment major part of documents was stored in the Company's regular archives, whereas soft copies of existing documents were available both at web portal of KOS and EDMS SED Delo-Predpriyatie, as well as in SAP ERP System.

E-Archive provides for creating a unified storage for all documents of Kazanorgsintez PJSC. This software is based on OpenText platform. E-Archive is integrated with both EDMS SED Delo-Predpriyatie and SAP/HR System. This allows users to digitalize procedures of filing, managing and archiving documents having different retention periods.

E-Archive is expected to ensure reliable, durable and permanent storage of documents related to any business activity of the Company. With that, E-Archive minimizes wear of original hard copies and significantly facilitates search thereof. Introduction of E-Archive also helps to arrange remote access to documents in storage. Further development of E-Archive will complete the formation of a unified storage of soft copies. System testing and stepwise connection of all KOS divisions are supposed to conclude by 2025.

Kazanorgsintez PJSC initiated digitalization of its internal processes and document flow in the early two thousands by introducing SAP ERP System in 2000. SED Delo has been operating since 2006. In the beginning of 2020, the Company adopted e-document flow with contractors via Diadoc App of AO SKB Kontur.
