CEK Holdings Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 60% stake in KC Enviro Services Co., Ltd. from KC Green Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009440) for approximately KRW 120 billion on December 21, 2023. The transaction is expected to close on February 7, 2024. As of February 7, 2024, the transaction is expected to close on February 24, 2024.
KC Green Holdings Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based holding company engaged in the management of its subsidiaries.
