Acquisition of "W Osaka", a Luxury Lifestyle Hotel

Kenedix, Inc. has announced today that it acquired a trust beneficiary interest in "W Osaka", a luxury lifestyle hotel operated by Marriott International as follows.

1. Outline of the Acquisition

We have acquired the trust beneficiary right (49% interest in the building with leasehold interest and 49% interest in FFE co-ownership) of "W Osaka" hotel located in Chuo-ku, Osaka City from Sekisui House, Ltd. "W" is one of Marriott Internationalʼs brands and is a luxury lifestyle hotel born in New York in 1998.
