the Board of Directors on June 10, 2022 Cash capital increase
1.Number of shares issued: 7,000,000 shares

4.Total issue amount: NT$700,000,000
5.In accordance with Article 267 of the Company Law, 10% of the
total number of new shares to be issued, that is, 700,000 shares,
is reserved to be subscribed by eligible employees, and the
remaining 90%, that is, 6,300,000 shares, is subscribed by the
original shareholders in proportion to the shareholders' shareholdings
contained in the register of shareholders, and each ten thousand
shares is subscribed for for a paid subscription of 146.511627 shares.
In order to introduce strategic investors, the Board of Directors of
the Company resolved to abandon the subscription of the subsidiary's
cash capital increase. 542,093 shares abandoned.

over the cash capital increase of its subsidiary TAISIC MATERIALS CORP.
