Support for latest U.S.Automated Export System (AES) regulatory changes in next SPEX release

Chelmsford, MA, USA and Guildford, UKKewill, a leading provider of multimodal transportation software, announces the latest compliance enhancements for its SPEX export compliance system. SPEX is a well-proven solution for the creation of export documentation and the submission of Automated Export System (AES) declarations. SPEX is in wide use by over 180 companies across both the United Kingdom and the United States.

SPEX 8.8 will include support for AES (U.S. Export) filing regulatory changes and is scheduled for delivery at the end of October 2013, subject to availability of the AES system changes by U.S. Customs. AES enables the filing of Electronic Export Information (EEI) and ocean manifest information to U.S. Customs. This will be the second release of SPEX during 2013 and the solution boasts compatibility with Microsoft Windowsâ8 and Windowsâ2012 Server. There are also enhancements to support EC Sales List printing and for new CSV options, as well as the regular patches.
