Khaleeji Commercial Bank Organises Sales Training Course for Retail Banking Employees

The training course included customer relationship building skills and means of effective communication, which enhance responsiveness to customer needs. The course also aimed to introduce employees to successful customer service practices based on common sales techniques, in addition to exploring common mistakes in sales.
