Dear Sir,
We are pleased to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 09:30 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company, 135- Upper Mall Lahore, to transact the following business:
- To confirm the minutes of meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 21, 2023.
- To consider and approve the Un-Audited 1st Quarterly Accounts of the company for the period ended September 30, 2023.
- Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
Please note that the Company has declared the "Closed Period" from October 18, 2023 to October 25, 2023 (Both days inclusive) as required under 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations clause. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive of the Company shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
