CHANGE OF COMPANY'S NAME TO "KIM HENG LTD."

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Kim Heng Offshore & Marine Holdings Limited (the "Company") would like to announce the following changes:

Unless otherwise defined, all terms and references used herein shall bear the same meaning ascribed to them in the circular dated 1 April 2021.

1. CHANGE OF COMPANY'S NAME

Further to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held via electronic means on 23 April 2021, at which the Special Resolution on the Proposed Change of Name was duly passed, the notice of resolution for the Proposed Change of Name has been lodged with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore ("ACRA") on 5 May 2021.

The ACRA has on 5 May 2021 issued the electronic Notice of Change of Name and the Certificate Confirming Incorporation of Company to confirm that the Company is now known as "Kim Heng Ltd." with effect from 5 May 2021.

1. CHANGE OF TRADING COUNTER NAME

The Company will arrange with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX- ST") to change its trading counter name on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST. The change of the Company's trading counter name on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST will take effect at 9:00 a.m. on 11 May 2021.

For avoidance of doubt, the Company's announcements released via SGXNet will be issued under the security name of "KIM HENG LTD." with effect from 11 May 2021.
