King Resources, Inc. Announces the Resignation of LAU Ping Kee as Director and from His Positions on the Audit and Compensation Committees

Effective December 12, 2024, LAU Ping Kee resigned from his position as Director of King Resources, Inc. (the ?Company?). In connection therewith, Mr. Lau also resigned from all his positions on the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Company.
