KleanNara Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A004540) announced a private placement of 8,000,000 preferred shares at KRW 5,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 40,000,000,000 on February 4, 2013. New investors, NH-LB Growth Champ 2011-4 PEF will invest for 4,000,000 preferred shares and KOFC Shinhan Frontier Champ 2010-4 PEF and KDB Capital Corp. will invest for 2,000,000 preferred shares each. The company will issue shares through third party allotment. The shares issued will have a lock up period of one year. The transaction was approved at the company's board of directors meeting. The payment date is February 19, 2013.

KleanNara Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based manufacturer specialized in the provision of paper products. The Company produces paper products and hygienic products. The paper products include coated duplex boards with grey backs and white backs, one side coated all pulp boards, cup liners, carry boards and kraft boards. The hygienic products include household goods such as toilet paper, facial tissue, kitchen towel and others; baby goods such as disposal diapers, pull up type baby diapers, clothe-like insert type baby diapers and others; feminine products, as well as sanitary napkins. On June 5, 2013, the Company sold its entire shares of Nara Cablevision Inc.
