An unknown buyer entered into an agreement to acquire 50% stake in Trecesson gold property in the Amos area from Knick Exploration Inc. for CAD 0.10 million.

An unknown buyer entered into an agreement to acquire 50% stake in Trecesson gold property in the Amos area from Knick Exploration Inc. (TSXV:KNX) for CAD 0.10 million on April 29, 2019. The agreement also includes sale of 1 % net smelter royalty. The Purchaser will have the option to acquire an additional 5% by spending CAD 0.10 million on the property within 24 months of the agreement. Knick has the right to buy back 25% interest in the property at anytime after the 50% acquisition by the Purchaser in the claims by completion of CAD 0.25 million of drilling exploration expenditures, payment of CAD 0.10 million and CAD 0.20 million cash or equivalent in shares or equivalent combination thereof. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
