The board of directors (the "Board") of Ko Yo Chemical (Group) Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") makes this announcement pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571, Laws of Hong Kong).
The Board is pleased to announce that the production facilities of the chemical plant of the Company for annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of fibers grade of polyphenylene sulfide ("PPS") in Guangan City of Sichuan Province has produced first lots of the product of PPS on 30 January 2016. The Board hereby thanks our investors for their continuous support to the Company.
