Koyo International Limited Approves Appointment of Ong Kai Hoe as Independent Non-Executive Director

The Nominating Committee of Koyo International Limited had considered Mr. Ong Kai Hoe's track record, age, working experience, capabilities and other relevant factors for the appointment as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and recommended to the Board of Directors ("Board") for his appointment. The Board has approved Mr. Ong Kai Hoe's appointment as Independent Non-Executive Director.
