Dear Sir/Madam,
Apropos the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and
Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 201,?, we are delighted to inform that we are adding hybrid
power project in our own power generating asset portfolio. KPI Green is developing Hybrid Power
Project of 16.lOMW (comprising 16.lOMW wind and lOMWdc solar capacity) at Bhungar site in
Mahuva, at Bhavnagar, Gujarat, under the Gujarat hybrid power policy 2018.
The requisite financial closure to the tune of INR 132 Crores has already been achieved	by the
Company from State Bank of India (SBI).	Further, the Company has arranged long term PPAs in
advance with various corporate parties for sale of power generated out of the hybrid power project
upon commissioning. The Project is scheduled for commissioning in March 2023.
