Press Release: KROMI Logistik AG: Shares delisted from Frankfurt Stock Exchange on June 29, 2023

Hamburg, June 29, 2023 - Following the entry of the squeeze-out resolution in the commercial register on June 27, 2023, the shares were delisted from the regulated market on the same day. KROMI Logistik AG was informed today by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange that the revocation of the admission of KROMI Logistik AG's shares to trading on the regulated market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under ISIN DE000A0KFUJ5 applied for by the company has been revoked. The revocation resolution was published today by Deutsche Börse AG on the Internet (www.deutsche-boerse.com).
