Krung Thai Bank PCL., have received the resignation letter of Director, Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Member of the Risk Management Committee of Mr. Somchai Boonnamsiri. The resignation shall be effective from 22 March 2019 onwards.
